A Brief History – It was late 2000’s and I wanted to create a lethal combatives program for my Elite Corp of Instructors…so I asked my mentor, the late Carl Cestari (voted number 5 of the toughest men alive by Black Belt Magazine) – Former Ranger, Cop, Convicted of Manslaughter and above all…the father of modern WWII Combatives, to develop a course on lethal techniques…and this is it.

Carl died in 2007 and the Elite Instructor Program was disbanded. Operation Phoenix was never released. It was the last program he ever filmed and it can never be duplicated.

Operation Phoenix Includes:
